These lies lurk in the shadows, working as an evil force to distort our perception of ourselves and the world. The popular mantras of "Live your truth," "Do what makes you happy," and "Do what YOU want" are deceptive, leading not to happiness but to pain, despair, sorrow, and ultimately enslavement. True freedom from worldly control and the fruit of the spirit can be found by surrendering to God, who wants to do amazing things through us.
