When challenged with limited resources, a determined protagonist sets out on a mission to conquer their workout goals by harnessing the power of the Four Holy Grail exercises, pushing through their physical limits to uncover a surprising result. I learned about calisthenics and how the seemingly most straightforward moves can yield amazing results. I talk about the different workout splits available for calisthenics, such as PPL (push-pull legs), UL (upper-lower), and FB (full body). This episode explained that the four Holy Grail exercises of calisthenics are push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and squats, and gave advice on how to be creative and use items around the house such as a book or a gallon jug of water in place of weights.
