We are discussing the Theocratic Constitutional Monarchy established in North America by the Prophet Noble Drew Ali. We show and prove that our Prophet was correct when he said in verse two of chapter 45,

"The key of civilization was and is in the hands of the Asiatic nations. The Moorish, who

were ancient Moabites, and the founders of the Holy City of Mecca."

We show how our ancient governments were theocratic with a priest king who was protected and maintained by a council of priests (ministers) who also advised him. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
