Performing as Mr Solo, then later lead singer of David Devant and His Spirit Wife, Mikey enjoyed closely interacting with the audience, something he often brings to his visual work. Mikey Georgeson is a multi-disciplined artist that uses painting, drawing, video, installation or performance in his practice. Five years after beginning a doctorate, in 2019 Mikey was awarded a doctorate at the University of East London.
