Last week I jumped on instagram to join Adriana (@artofloving / www.instagram.com/artofloving) for a live discussion on the topics of Decolonisation and its importance and pertinence in the wellness space. Together we explore the negative consequences of colonisation throughout history and how it shows up now, what it means for us and why it is important that we make an effort to encourage and support decolonisation throughout our personal, individual, daily and work lives. I speak through my experience of what brought me to recognise the need to address this ongoing current issue and how we can take action.
