ABOUT THE GUEST: Jennifer Grant is the author of six books for adults, including, "Love You More: The Divine Surprise of Adopting My Daughter." Her latest, "Dimming the Day," features reflections on nature as night falls. She has also authored a number of children's books. In addition to writing books, Jennifer works as an editor and editorial consultant, and curates the "Faith and Food" page for CompassionateChristianity.org. Jennifer received her master's degree in English literature with concentrations in fiction writing and critical theory from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a member of the 2030 Collaborative's Faith-Based Coalition for Global Nutrition, a founding member of INK: A Creative Collective and she serves on the board for gendernation.org.
