Let’s focus on these four areas.

As I abide in the Lord I may find my position to be at odds with those around me.

Ideologies:

Teachers within schools

Medical Professionals

Peace officers

Government employees

Judicial employees/Counsel

How do we continue at our jobs, when we find our current employer, or other employees, differ from us ideologically/politically?

How do we reconcile our differing opinions of religious doctrine?

Major disagreement vs Minor disagreements in scripture or belief

Am I the weaker brother? Will working for these individuals affect my spiritual foundation in Christ? Will it lead me away? If it will then it isn’t tenable. If not, on the other hand, I will find it difficult to work there.

Personality

Conflicting with other personality types, introverts, extroverts, hard workers, slothful workers, workaholics. Some can come into conflict on company vision or mission statements. How do we reconcile this as we abide in the Lord?
