Recognizing the power of my patterns in relationships

Over the last few years, I've delved deep into understanding myself on a deeper level as an individual and most recently within partnerships. I've been extremely focused on area of the heart and how I can heal some core wounds that I didn't even know were still there. Here are a few lessons I've learned about myself as I pursue love on a deeper love:

1. Don't Make Assumptions
2. Seek to Understand instead of Respond
3. Learn Your Attachment Style
4. Increase Awareness to Change

No one is void of faults, we are all working to enhance our lives and hopefully in doing so will also promote healthy relationships as we move forward. We all have wounds to heal and I hope this helps you recognize and heal some of your own.
