He is a Zambian national based in Rome, at the World Food Programme headquarters, where he is responsible for procurement to support food and financial aid to over 100 million people in distress, in 84 countries, with an annual spent of USD$ 4 Billion for the World Food Programme. WFP is a UN agency for provision of food. He started his career in finance and transitioned to supply chain. Channon relies on his questioning skills to understand stakeholders needs resulting in problem solving. He makes an interesting connection between ethics and value for money.
