Marty's photo of Kat's mom leads Kat and Gigi back to the thirteenth floor, where they're joined by Austin, who thinks he's uncovered what the graffiti means. The elevator breaks down, forcing Kat, Gigi, and Austin to take the fire escape back down – where someone is waiting for them.
