I know we’re all feeling the weight of life right now, and in today’s episode, I talked about how that stress is doing more than just making us feel overwhelmed—it’s actually aging us! Crazy, right? I shared my own struggles with burnout over the past few weeks and how stress (and all that cortisol) has shown up in my skin, my energy, and my overall health.
But don’t worry—I’ve also got some simple, practical tips to help us all slow down and get back in sync with the season of fall. Think: breathing exercises, face yoga, and finding time to hydrate and rest. It’s all about letting go of the things that are weighing us down.
Here’s the thing: You’re not meant to do it all or carry it all. Put yourself first. The world will still be there tomorrow, and you’ll be better for taking a moment to breathe today.
