She shares her special relationship with her brother, her love for watching him play baseball, and her big accomplishment of getting accepted for an apartment. Hailey also talks about her journey of owning her own hair business, learning how to handle finances, and specializing in blonding for hair while prioritizing healthy hair first. Her goal is to open her own location for hair and to seek more education. Hailey reflects on her late father and how she wishes he could see that she has succeeded in her business.
