When we think triggers, the events and circumstances we face, "make us mad" we are subjugating our human ability to DECIDE how to react. If we can admit that nothing is "inherently angry", that no event is full of anger nor is there random anger floating about trying to latch on to us, then we can recognize the triggers that cause us to be angry, the first step is using anger rather than being at the effect of it.
