In today's episode, I expand a bit on Episode 61 which highlighted my body image journey.
After recording episode 61, I realized there were a couple things I missed so I decided to record again that day to highlight what I missed and expand on it a bit.
We cover some mindset realizations I have come into regarding my body, along with how I choose to look at movement in order to strengthen my body to match the work that I do for my mind and soul.
Do one thing each day for your mind, body and soul and you'll be fostering a lifestyle that builds resiliency and allows you to thrive and navigate life with more grace and ease.
