Unhelpful habits - Overthinking and what we can do about it.
One of the things we do when we are anxious or feel overwhelmed is overthink.
We often feel the need to work everything out, all our unhelpful thinking habits go into into overdrive and we start overthinking everything.
We can't make even the simplest decisions.
It's our way of protecting ourself, if we can guard against any eventuality then we will be safe.
The problem is it's impossible to do.
