I’m so excited to dig into this topic and offer insights and personal experiences on SUCH an underrated type of grief.
We’ll delve into various causes of delayed grief, such as prior trauma, suppressed emotions, denial, and avoidance, as well as societal and cultural pressures. We’ll also touch on the physical and emotional manifestations of delayed grief, including headaches, insomnia, emotional outbursts, and numbness.
