This is a continuation of our episode with Corporal Emma Graves, formerly Malonelord, the subject of one of the US Army's Calling ad campaign. We will be talking to her about her passion for improving the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention, aka SHARP, within the US Army.
Emma has a passion for this subject and will be focusing her efforts here when her Army contract expires.
The military branches do not communicate with each other in the event of an intra-branch sexual assault or harassment incident and differ on reporting procedures. If filed incorrectly, the crime is thrown to the wayside and nothing comes of it. This is the basis of the discussion today and how Emma wants to prevent and eliminate "green on green violence."
