They want, they crave, they covet power in any form. These are not leaders, they are wolves, they are vultures and they are social cannibals. I challenge you to lead for the outcomes of posterity, the well being of others, the success of those you lead and the hope of future generations. If that is not cause enough to motivate your ambitions and sacrifices, you are not yet mature enough for leadership no matter the number of your counted birthdays.”
