Heidi, also known as @therunninggiraffe, has been involved with parkrun for over two years now, and has volunteered around 50 times. She discusses how easy it is to get involved with your local parkrun, whether that's as a runner or a volunteer, and explains the various roles that need to be filled in order for parkrun to go ahead each Saturday.
