When you book a hotel room online, you have no control over what type of room you get or where in the hotel the room will be located. In the travel industry, most hotel rooms booked online are called run-of-house rooms, meaning hotels will unload their least desired rooms first. CBS News travel editor Peter Greenberg shares some booking advice.
