Philly election officials finish general election count, begin US Senate race recount

Philadelphia election officials have completed their initial count of all the votes cast in the general election…. and are now working on the recount in the U.S. Senate race. KYW Newsradio City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the city commissioners gave an update, today, at their warehouse in the Northeast.
