Christy is an author, speaker and world-renowned thought leader on self-care and financial empowerment for women. As a coach and mentor, Christy has over 20 years of extensive post-secondary education in psychology and professional studies. In her company Primetime Consulting Services, Christy educates and empowers women to get back into the driver’s seat of their own lives, teaches them how to love better, while also providing trauma counseling when needed.
