In this episode, Dana chats with The Allergy Chef, Kathlina. Kathlina has over 200 food allergies & intolerances, including most types of water. Her family also has restricted diets, none of them the same. After a long journey of misdiagnosis, Kathlina was told that she had 30 days to live. After living through it, Kathlina made it her mission to help others with food allergies and special diets. She started a bakery, published several cookbooks, developed free resources, and has advocated for food allergies on a national level.
