#91 - 🥵😰😱🤷‍♂️ How to overcome fear and anxiety in uncertainty

🏁📖❓🤷‍♂️Whenever you start a new chapter in your life, something you have not done before, uncertainty will be part of it. A lot of those „What ifs…..?“ arise, and you can become a little scared of the unknown because you just do not know what to expect.

🇨🇷🤷‍♂️🥵🤔As I am currently on my travels in Costa Rica I also had some uncertainty, which I had to deal with. So, how can you deal with uncertainty, and a possible fear, or anxiety that comes along with it?

🚫🗺🔎The first thing that comes to my mind, is the fact, that you can not plan everything. Obviously, we prepared ourselves for the upcoming travels, but you just can not control every single situation you run into, and if you could, life would be much less exciting.

🚫🇮🇩🦠➡️🇨🇷No Bali, Costa Rica it is. Some things just do not work out the way we expect. My girlfriends and my dream was travelling in Bali, to enjoy nature there and also to live on a pretty low budget, as the country itself is relatively cheap for Europeans. But COVID -restrictions crossed that plan, so we readjusted our plan and expectation which were both equally important to fully enjoy our stay now.

🙏📈🚫🕹🤨Once again the one thing that has proven to be key, is trusting the process. Sometimes you just need to give up that urge of controlling everything and instead be open to new people and situations, that emerge. And that is ultimately where the adventure lies, those moments, which you did not expect will be the ones, that stay in your mind.

🎙🤷‍♂️➡️🚶‍♂️😊In this episode, I will dive into ways of dealing with this uncertainty, which has represented itself as a challenge, that I am currently taking on. And I believe that you will encounter uncertainty not just during traveling, but generally in life.
