Author Kevin Curran talk to Irish Writers Podcast this week about his books Beatspoiltation and Citizens. Citizens, published earlier this year, tells a personal story of the 1916 Easter Rising juxtaposed with life in modern day Ireland. We talk about where the idea for Citizens came from, the challenges of writing dual timelines and a sense of place. Kevin also talks through the key events on his path to publication.
