In this episode, I look at Gaslighting and what it is. But also healthy ways to examine our own reality with mindfulness.
We all experience reality differently and because of this we often can have a conflict with others of the same experiences. So what is gaslighting and what is a difference of opinion?
I mention in the video how kids and parents see the world differently and reference this video It's a good example of how the same experiences can be interpreted differently based on how we feel about them.
