Inner Worlds –
Welcome to the first episode of Inner Worlds! In this episode, I want to introduce myself and give a bit of my own background. Through a solo session, we deep-dive into the beginnings of my spiritual journey and why I’m here today working towards expanding consciousness and raising vibration.

In this episode, I discuss a bit of my early life, the mental health issues I was faced with in my teenage years into my early 20s, and how spirituality was the road to my transcendence and healing.
