Richard shared interesting observations about how people behave and feel when fully immersed in the metaverse, and how this behavior can be problematic. However, they both agreed that the current state of the metaverse prioritises immersion over understanding the purpose of an immersive experience. They concluded that more thinking is needed to address this issue.
