If we are to deliver on inclusion, we must do more than we are doing now – Try Harder!

The fancy vision and mission must be abandoned for real work – yes, real work. Work that shows results. Managers and leaders who commit to DEI must also follow through to create results. So what do we want for 2022 and beyond?
