With the QUAD Summit in Melbourne, it was very evident that the four countries were coming together and not shying away from publicly acknowledging the grouping as a democratic answer to a more autocratic China.
We are looking at a very rapidly evolving situation in Southeast Asia. Indonesia and Philippines, both of them continue to expand their ties with other like-minded countries, including India.
