If you like black and white films, 1950's 3D, groundbreaking underwater effects, and harpoon-wielding dudes in short shorts, you’re going to like this one. Eric brings the history of the monster movie format from Universal Horror, 3D, Milicent Patrick, and a musical (???) while Jaime questions everything she knows about this subgenre. See what inspired Guillermo Del Toro to make Shape of Water, where a woman falls in love with a Gill Man! This deep sea Universal Monster horror movie is definitely worth a watch, it's one of the old school best horror movies around!
