Has God ever helped you out of a bad situation?

Most of us can think of a time in our lives when something amazing and unexpected happened, and we thank God for His power and His care. Yet, when something goes wrong in our lives, we still worry, don’t we?

When God led His people out of slavery in Egypt, led by Moses, it wasn’t long before they doubted whether or not God would provide food for them. They thought they were going to starve to death in the desert!

But God, in His faithfulness, provided food—bread from Heaven. It’s like it fell right out of the sky, ready to eat.

When Jesus was on the earth, He referred to Himself as “the bread of Heaven.” He is God’s gracious provision for you—the One who sustains life—even eternal life.

The next time you feel worried or scared, remember God’s provision in Jesus Christ. He is faithful to save. He will not abandon you in your time of need.
