Break-Thru Tennessee is a grassroots organization that works with persons in Nashville and surrounding counties who need a helping hand in order to lead healthy, productive lives. Break-Thru Tennessee takes their services directly to neighborhoods and schools where hardship is common and much help is, needed due to poverty, illiteracy, immigration.
The majority of their recipients are Hispanic, but no one who reaches out to them is, turned away. They serve people of all backgrounds and ages with no application process or questions asked.
