058: Why Are Marketers Creating So Much Social Media Content Now?

Feeling overwhelmed by the large amount of content that marketers are putting out? You should… especially if you have not started.The demand for content is always growing, but there is a limit to how much social media platforms can provide. When we pay for advertising, we take up an ad space, but there are limited ad spaces.

What happens when the demand for it is high?

The price rises, that’s what. That’s a problem for you, especially if you don’t gain much exposure outside of paid ads. That’s why everyone is creating content and building their personal brand.

Personal branding is the key. When you build your personal brand, people get to understand you and relate to you. When that happens, you either get extremely loyal fans or haters who really hate you, but I’d rather that happen, than have a bunch of people who are on the fence about you. That will just make you forgettable.

Start putting yourself out there, unless you want to be at the mercy of ads and the advertising prices. Marketers are already putting so much content out there. So should you.
