She has been in the industry for over 15 years, but it wasn’t until she found herself needing more flexibility as a working mother that she decided to start her own company, Method Financial Planning. It wasn’t long after that she launched Equita Financial Network, which provides what women financial planners really need: a coaching process to focus on growth, thoughtful leadership, and support.
