Keep the lines of communication flowing with these five tips. If you've been MIA and you need to re-establish communication with your chair, do not worry! We have you covered in this episode!

1. Have a communication plan.
2. Keep your word and work with integrity.
3. Have a regularly scheduled meeting with the chair, even if there's nothing to report.
4. Schedule "Zoom" Milestone Meetings
5. Ask if there's a time or period, such as summer, when they do not review papers.
