Recent drug tests conducted at clinics in the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal have found people testing positive for Fentanyl, a lab-made opioid drug which is up to 30 times more potent than heroin and has caused tens of thousands of deaths in the United States. Lester Kiewit speaks to Shaun Shelley, Executive Director of Harm Reduction International, to discuss how concerned we should be about this discovery.
