For people to be fully committed to bringing change, they need to see what the end goal would be. Over time, some may lose interest, so leaders need to step up their game and show people how valuable their roles are in that change.

In this episode, Kiri-Maree speaks with Steve Felice, and he shares insights about why leaders need to develop alignment with the end goal. When we work towards making change, it’s important to highlight what exactly are we all striving to achieve.

Having a clear idea of what needs to happen makes it easier to create decisions and for people to determine whether they support the decision or not. When leaders assure that folks are aware of their goals, they start breaking down the process into simple, attainable steps.

Leaders who are truly passionate about creating change will show the way for people to get there, they won’t tell them how to get there. Leaders allow their people to develop their own creativity and freedom to choose the way they want towards change and success.
