In this weeks episode I share with you lots of prompts and exercises and a personal story around feeling lost, lacking purpose, feeling like you've lost your identity!!! I highly recommend listening with a pen and paper but I've also added some of the main prompts and exercises below for you to come back to. And don't forget to download the FREE Resource at the bottom of these show notes
Prompts to work through:

1. I feel like I'm lacking purpose/feeling lost in my life because...

2. If I was to describe myself as feeling fulfilled - this is what it would look/feel like...

...the person in charge of making this happen is...

3. But the things that I say to myself, the things that stop me from fighting for this fulfilment/happiness are...

4. Write in the middle of a peice of paper - 'Im at my happiest when...' and get in the moment of the feelings that make you

5. If you could describe what you truly desire in one paragraph/sentence based on your reflection from the Happiness Exercise what would that be?
MY LIFE-LONG Strategy that you can use;

When things are hard.

When you feel like you've exhausted 'all options'.

When you're feeling flat, unmotivated, stuck and/or anxious, use these strategies to find your clarity, find your truth, to find yourself again, underneath all the noise and mental clutter.
Take this with you, where-ever you go!

  1. Get vulnerable and write it out
  2. Get Deep and write it out
  3. Get Honest again and write it out
  4. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable and write it out
  5. Own it
  6. Act on it, and
  7. Be authentic AF
