When you have lower back pain, you should ask yourself, “Where in my life do I feel like I lack support?” She explains how one particular client had lower back pain, and when she asked about the lack of support in his life, he explained he had always felt like it since his dad died when he was only ten years old. At age ten, he was made to be the “man of the house,” locking him into pain patterns for the rest of his life.
