Ever had a meatball sub salad? Sounds interesting but I'm hooked on the Number 5... the Hot Italian sub with the capicola, ham, salami with hot giardiniera and house dressing. DeCosmo opened their new Italian market in Pinellas Park in September 2022. But the family already had legions of fans from their sub shops back in the 80s.
I had a chance to head over to the store and chat with Paul, Steven and Vincenzo about their first year in business. What's worked? What have they tweaked?
