In today's episode I'll lean the information we have been exploring into what I might call a more practical expression. We'll look at how the utilization of the mechanisms of consciousness, the understanding of our beliefs and expectations, and the actions we take, all collaborate to then result in the way money and finances either fill our lives or seem to be elusive for us.
We'll explore the importance of mindfulness as we move to make changes in this area, and how seeing the beliefs and expectations that are so very close to us, can result in moments of clarity about why we feel and act the way we do in various situations and how that recognition can help us move beyond them.
We'll explore the various ways to involve the deeper us in this movement and the ways we can move closer to a deeper trust in that collaboration.
