Free Environment

Many times we go at a pace that is not healthy, and I am not talking about walking, I mean lifestyle. Many times we live at a pace that is not ours, because we say yes to everything and everyone, we dedicate our attention to any person, project or thing that asks for it.
In these last days of this year I invite you to slow down.
