CBP updates how it treats business information in anti-dumping investigations

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has taken steps to better balance transparency and privacy when it comes to what are known as Enforce and Protect Act administrative proceedings. The new procedures let parties involved in anti-dumping and duty cases see information that is otherwise protected.
