Did you know that more than 60% of people struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, boredom eating or other out of control eating behaviour? And did you know the way out is never through controlling the food? The way out is not another diet or meal plan. That’s actually what keeps us trapped longer! Our first step towards healing our relationship with food is to stop restricting and to release all the rules that we have around food. Next, we create awareness around the triggers, the linked thought patterns, and the emotions and traumas that trigger us to turn toward food as a coping mechanism. If this conversation is speaking to you today, I want to invite you to download my food freedom workbook completely free at makepeacewithfood.com to help you get started on your healing journey. And because I know from experience how lonely and frustrating this journey can be, then I want to expand on that invitation and invite you to schedule a free 30-minute food freedom coaching call with me as well. The link is in the workbook.
