The PIO for the Annapolis Police Department has been criminally charged with harassment. Four juveniles were arrested for trying to steal a car and were found to have weapons. Annapolis is preparing to test the emergency preparation system later this month. The Scenic Rivers Land Trust has protected another 47 acres up in Pasadena. The Bowie Baysox are wrapping up their final home stand of the season in a big way with lots of fun and giveaways through Sunday.
