Mabuhay les ami.es! I'm back with another episode. I am happy to be able to sustain this podcasting of mine finish all the way to Food. I had certain topics I wanted to tackle before I start freestyling about my future episodes. I wanted to be able to touch the basics first. That way, I can just refer back as I talk about more topics.

As an uprooted immigrant, food is our direct connection to our "home". Even those who were born here and unable to speak their parents' mother tongue, are still able to pronounce the name of the Filipino dishes.
