For the 10th episode of Everyday Intrapreneurs, I mix things up a bit with an entrepreneur's story that started with intrapreneurship at its core. This episode's guest is Nick Stagge. He started his career as a retail store manager at 19 with almost no retail experience. His intrapreneurial drive helped 10x store growth there then led to successful careers with companies like GoPro and Skullcandy.
He took the leap to full-time entrepreneur one year ago, launching The Grounded Company, an agency that grows brands with great creative, as well as Brenda, a creative insights platform, and We Are Mind, a non-profit focused on mental health.
