- store bought pie crust - don't mess around with this...
- 1/3 small coffee mug cup sugar
- 2 spoons from the kitchen drawer of all-purpose flour
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 spoon from the kitchen drawer of salt
- 2 spoons from the kitchen drawer of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- absolutely NO nutmeg
Preheat oven to 425
Directions:
- Peel apples with fancy peeler
- Place crust in pie tin and bake for 10 minutes
- Mix everything else and place in pie crust
- Put top pie crust on and bake, take out when the outer crust turns dark
- Remove from oven
- Let cool
- Eat pie
