What defines us is how we approach these struggles and what we learn from them. In this episode, Mr Richard Baird shares his story. Without explicit details, there are some references to the armed conflict, commonly known as “The Troubles”, which for much of the last century ravaged Northern Ireland, where Mr Baird was born.
